How a project runs

Site execution. Civil coordination, erection, piping, electrical, insulation. Sequenced around your production calendar with a supervisor permanently on site.

Testing and commissioning. Hydraulic testing, statutory inspection, controlled first firing, load testing, tuning, operator training.

Handover. Complete documentation, baseline performance figures, maintenance schedule and warranty.

Schedule and what actually delays projects

Projects rarely slip because of fabrication. They slip because approvals took longer than assumed, a long lead item was ordered late, civil work was not ready, or a shutdown window moved.

We build the schedule around the genuine critical path and tell you early where the risk sits. If a date is unachievable we say so at quotation stage rather than agreeing to it and explaining later.

Annual maintenance contracts

A commissioned plant needs ongoing attention, and the firm that built it is best placed to maintain it. Our AMC coverage includes scheduled preventive servicing at agreed intervals, annual statutory inspection preparation and attendance, safety valve testing and certification, steam trap survey and replacement, insulation condition and repair, water treatment monitoring, combustion tuning, emergency breakdown attendance with defined response times, and a maintained service history for every machine.

Contracts are structured around what your plant actually needs. A single shift operation does not require the same coverage as a continuous process, and we would rather price honestly than sell coverage nobody uses.

What an AMC is worth

The argument for maintenance contracts is not just avoided breakdowns. It is that deterioration gets caught while it is cheap. Scale building on tubes, a trap beginning to fail, refractory cracking, insulation letting water in. All of these are inexpensive when found early and expensive when found late.

AMC clients also get priority attendance. When something fails at three in the morning during a production run, being in the queue ahead of ad hoc callers is the entire value of the arrangement.

Costing a project honestly
